Year 2010 is just opening up with new visions and this blog spot is one of that. I'm out to promote my cutlet biz through online mediums and hopefully I'll get audience who can visit my store to taste the cutlet.
The recipe of our cutlet comes from my grand father & grand mother who are have fine culinary skills. It's simple but unique in it's own way. I'm also planning to add more varieties as we go on with our biz.
